Welcome to Pathway to Podium!
San Pedro is proud to host the 2028 Olympic sailing competitions, building on our tradition of major international events like SailGP and the Transpacific Regatta. These events bring thousands of visitors and global attention to our community.
Pathway to Podium (P2P), a California non-profit, is dedicated to supporting San Pedro and the Port of Los Angeles by providing infrastructure, logistics, and event management for Olympic training. Over the next two and a half years, the Cabrillo Beach Youth Waterfront Center will welcome 53 Sailing Federations, 250+ athletes, and their teams—creating significant economic opportunities for our area.
