Container Spaces

The container area will be just
outside the facility with direct access to the grounds. You will be entering into a long-term lease agreement with P2P. Since container spaces are
limited, we recommend to reserve spaces early. We can accept containers beginning in January 2026.​​​​​​​​​

Boat Spaces

Competitors need to reserve a space for their boat inside the
training facility, regardless if the team arrives with or without a
container. P2P will assign you a space for the duration of your
stay. Lease terms are short term in nature with a minimum of a
month.​​​​​​

Meeting Rooms

The Training Facility offers meeting and conference rooms as well as event spaces that teams can reserve on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Coach Boat Slips

Coach Boat slips will be available in partnership with the Cabrillo Marina.
 
The marina will require proof of
insurance. You will be entering into a separate marina slip agreement.
 

Coach Boat Off-Loading

Proof of Ownership and Insurance is required.

Containers can b accommodated for up to two days.

One crane launch is included. Make sure that your bridles are safe and in good working condition.

Arriving Containers

VTI Trucking is our partner to move containers from and to the Port for the Crecent or Watchorn Lots and Cabrillo Dry Boat Storage. VTI will also help with
the placement of containers at the Crescent and Watchorn Lots. Please make sure your shipping brokers contract VTI Trucking for the last mile.

Boat, Dolly and Trailer Storage

Boats and dollies may be stored in their assigned locations within the CBYWSC boat park during the published regatta dates.
 
There is no additional charge for standard boat or dolly storage during the event. Trailers, boats, dollies or other equipment arriving before the earliest arrival date or remaining after the latest departure date require advance approval and may be subject to storage fees. All storage is subject to availability, advance approval, payment of applicable fees and completion of required agreements and waivers.

Site Access and Credentials

All athletes, coaches, support personnel, officials and other individuals requiring access to the facility must obtain a P2P credential badge before entering the property.

Credential badges must be displayed at all times while on-site. Access may be limited to designated gates, operating hours and credentialed areas.
Event registration does not automatically provide access to the training facility. A separate P2P credential is required.

Individual Sailor Credential
All sailors must purchase an annual P2P credential before accessing the training facility.
Annual Credential Fee:
$200 per sailor, per year

Insurance and Facility Agreement

Teams or individuals receiving storage, training or support services from Pathway to Podium may be required to:

• Provide a certificate of insurance naming Pathway to Podium (P2P) as an additional insured

• Review and sign the applicable Federation License Agreement

• Complete all required intake, credential and facility-access forms before arrival

• Pay all applicable fees before using the facility

Boat Park Operations

Boats, dollies, trailers and equipment must be placed only in assigned locations.

Fire lanes, gates, walkways, launching areas and emergency-access routes must remain clear at all times.

Trailers may not be left in the boat park unless a designated space has been assigned and approved in advance.

Vehicles may enter the property only when authorized and as directed by P2P staff, event organizers or site personnel.
All athletes and teams are responsible for keeping their assigned areas clean, secure and free of obstructions.

Short-term boat-storage reservations require a minimum booking of 10 days.

$4,000 per month, per container

$2,000 per month, per container

Container placement and availability must be approved in advance by P2P.

Early Arrivals, Late Departures and Storage Requests

Athletes and teams planning to arrive before an event, remain after an event or request trailer, boat or container storage must complete the P2P intake form before arrival.
